InternshipI started working here as internie in engineering department of Pioneer Cement. The role i had assigned by this organization was to look over the processes and techniques that how they are mechanically working for production of cement with highly operated machines and equipments, my other role was to monitor the manufacturing machines that how they are maintaining their machines and equiments for smooth working platform. PCL has good management policies and standard of work, which makes PCL gat work environment better.
